Big-Bag
type FIBCs are large-size DPPL containers. They are
used for transport and storage of various dry and loose
goods, from chemical agents to foodstuffs.
Depending on individual needs of our clients, we can offer
polypropylene Big-Bags, PE coated or not, holding anywhere
from 500 kg to 2 500 kg. Each container can be
equipped with 1, 2 or 4 loop handles,
filling and discharge spouts, and full stitch
sealing. |
We manufacture a full range of Big-Bag type FIBCs:

– used for less demanding dry goods

– a sack with inner baffles, which keeps its shape
after filling allowing for the reduction of storage
space and optimal use of transportation.

Big-Bag with 1 and 2 loops
The characteristic construction of these bags (handles
and body made out of a single sheet of fabric) accounts
for their durability and ease of transport. They are
intended for dry and granulated goods. The use of
polyethylene liners allows for a complete proofing of
the bag making them an ideal choice for the packing of
synthetic fertilizers.

with a UV agent.

Option to use foil liners (open or bottle-type)
for waterproofing.

Capacity depending on the weight of the filler,
with a guaranteed safety factor of 5:1, and in
case of hazardous materials – 6:1, confirmed
with an appropriate certification.

4 Loop Big-Bag
4-loop Big-Bag is the most versatile FIBC model. It is characterized by the ease of use, storage and transport, and thanks to its filling and discharge technology, can be used multiple times.
- Made out of polypropylene-woven fabric enforced with a UV
agent.
- Option to use foil liners (open or bottle-type) for waterproofing.
- Capacity depending on the weight of the filler, with a guaranteed safety factor of 5:1 or 6:1.
- Top design: open, duffel, or with a filling spout.
- Base design: plain, full drop bottom, or discharge spout.
- Optional double-sided 3-color printing.
- Q-Bag – a container with inner baffles thanks to which it holds its shape after filling allowing for the reduction of storage space and optimal use of transportation.

Each container can be fitted with foil lining, wither sewn,
glued in, or placed independently.
In our offer we also include
previously used containers, perfect for transportation of
materials without a PZH (National Institute of Public Health)

We’d like to inform our clients that on December 12th
2003 our company received the status of a Supported
Employment Enterprise. According to the regulation passed by
the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy from June 25th
1998 /Dz. U. Nr 86 z 1998r., pt. 547 with later changes/ in case
of timely payment for products and services delivered by a SEE,
there is a possibility of reduction of the fees paid by the
employers to the
National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund. Information about
the fee reduction for each month is provided to our clients
within 14 days after payment for products or services delivered.
